Our food truly becomes us and so choosing the right food for the season and our individual constitution is so important to achieve health and vitality. Though health is about more than just what we eat. It’s also about how we eat, when we eat, how we prepare and how we cook our food.

This cooking course is much more than just a cooking course

You will learn everything you need to know about how to Ayurvedically choose ingredients, prepare and cook your food and enjoy eating your meals in a way that supports your digestion, health and vitality. Through the beautiful wisdom of Ayurveda, you will also learn the medicinal properties of kitchen herbs and spices and how to use your pantry to balance your dosha, support your health and build your immunity through the seasons.

You don’t need to eat Indian food to eat Ayurvedically

Ayurveda shows us how to make all food more nutritious and digestible for a healthier body, mind and spirit. While there will be some Indian inspired dishes, we will celebrate all different types of cuisine including Asian, Moroccan, Mexican, South American, Modern Australian and more. During this course, you will learn the key principles for turning any dish into an Ayurvedic meal! Of course, we will also include on the menu some delicious Ayurvedic snacks and treats.
